My father recently bought my mother a cuckoo clock at an antique store. The clock worked at the store however now that it is at home it doesnt. The weights on the clock wont move and the cuckoo birds do not come out and cuckoo. How can we fix this problem? BTW the cuckoo whistles work as well as the bellows just not the birds and the weights.

I have a cuckoo clock that I am not sure how to work it. It was working then the left weight ran out of chain and the other two stayed there and clock stopped. Where can I get some kind of directions?
